CRM is a Client Relationship Management System which integrates with both External Portal and Internal Portal. This module allows Secretariat users to manage, modify and add additional information to existing Users or Create new ones.
It also allows Internal Users to attach further information to External Users which can be used as metadata or for the prepopulation of Forms throughout the System. This might include relationships with other Users and Organisations, Qualifications, Appointments and Documentation as well as Geographical Location.
